A Health Coach is like a walking stick; a supportive companion that gently guides you towards your health and wellness desires and cheers you on along the way.
What means Integrative Nutrition?
It means nutrition on and off the plate as we are all multidimensional beings and everything that we encounter can be either nutritious or not.
What is Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching?
Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching takes a holistic approach to your well-being – not just focusing on food, but on all areas that nourish you, like sleep, movement, stress, relationships, mindset, and purpose. I guide you in finding balance and sustainable habits that support your unique lifestyle and goals.
How do sessions work?
We typically meet weekly – either virtually, by phone, or in person, depending on your location and comfort. Sessions are 45-60 minutes and fully personalized. I also offer messaging support between sessions to help you stay motivated and accountable.
About the Energy Exchange
Your Whole-You Wellness Session is a heartfelt and intentional space – and while it´s not a traditional paid session, I do ask for a small energy exchange to honor the time, presence, and care we both bring. This could look like:
- A symbolic fee (e.g. $25-$50, sliding scale)
- A testimonial, if the session supported you
- Sharing my work with a friend or on social media
- Or another meaningful gesture of appreciation

What can I expect from working with you?
You can expect a safe, supportive space where we focus on you. We´ll explore your habits, values, and goals – and create practical steps to help you feel more energized, confident, and aligned in your body and mind. It´s not about quick fixes, but about lasting change.
Is it like a diet plan or personal training?
No – this is not a one-size-fits-all diet or fitness program. Instead, I help you discover what works best for your body and lifestyle. Together, we build a plan around your needs, whether it´s improving nutrition, building routines, managing stress and time, or boosting intrinsic motivation.
Do I need to have a specific health issue to start coaching?
Not at all! Some clients come with specific goals like improving digestion, reducing sugar cravings, or managing energy levels. Others simply want to feel better in their bodies, reconnect with themselves, or build healthier routines. Everyone is welcome – and every journey is personal.
How long is the coaching program?
Most clients work with me for 12 weeks to see meaningful change, though shorter or ongoing options are available. We´ll talk about the best path for you during your Clarity Chat.
