This 30-minute session (virtually or in person) is a heartfelt starting point for your wellness journey. It´s a space to slow down, reflect, and talk about what´s feeling out of balance – in body, mind, or life – with someone who truly listens.
You will have the option to fill out a health history form before we meet. It´s entirely up to you, but it can help deepen our time together if you feel called to share.
